It is crafted using the finest locally grown, traditionally floor malted Cotswold barley, which is mashed and fermented for four days before being distilled twice in bespoke copper pot stills. Aged in Kentucky ex bourbon and American oak red wine casks, this approachable and balanced single malt is rich, fruity, and extremely sippable.
