Cascina Fontana Barolo del Comune di Castiglione Falletto 2021 0426JACKSON hoping to contribute to aTraditional Barolo from two of Castiglione Falletto's finest crus: Villero and Valletti (in the Mariondino vineyard). Cascina Fontana is a small, family run estate on the Perno hill in Monforte d'Alba, where Mario Fontana carries on a long tradition of cultivating Dolcetto, Barbera, and Nebbiolo. Each parcel is vinified separately, then the wines are blended and aged approximately two years in Slavonian oak barrels (2527 hectoliters). Hand harvested
